1. Before you place an order

The service provider is SPEAKLOGIX LTD, company number 16942303, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

This website is for information and enquiries. It does not take payments. Before any purchase, your written proposal will explain the service, total price, delivery, payment schedule and cancellation arrangements. An enquiry alone carries no charge.

2. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are an individual buying mainly for personal use and enter into an eligible service contract at a distance, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made. This right applies subject to the statutory exceptions and any longer period required by law if cancellation information was not provided.

To cancel, send a clear statement to info@speaklogix.com or write to our registered office. Include your name, contact details, service or order reference and the date the contract was agreed. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You can use the wording below, but it is optional.

To SPEAKLOGIX LTD: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [service]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].

3. If you ask us to start early

We will obtain your express request before starting a service during the cooling-off period. If you then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation, but only where the legal information and consent requirements have been met.

For a service that has been fully performed, the cancellation right is lost only where performance began with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right would end once the service was fully performed. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, a loss of cancellation rights requires the separate express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law. We will explain any such request before supply starts.

4. Refund timing and method

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right for a service, we will reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel. Any lawful deduction for services already supplied will be explained.

Refunds use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we will not charge a refund fee. Other agreed refunds will be processed within the timescale confirmed with you, subject to any shorter deadline required by law.

5. Problems with a service

If a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, or is not as agreed, contact us with the details. Consumers may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction, including a refund where applicable. We will assess the issue and propose an appropriate remedy. These rights are separate from the cooling-off period.

Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable mandatory law.

6. Business projects and ongoing services

Business purchases do not generally carry the statutory consumer cooling-off right. Cancellation, deposits, completed work, committed third-party costs and ongoing service notice periods are governed by the written agreement. We will explain the amount payable and any refund due if a project ends early.

Any recurring service, minimum term or renewal arrangement must be agreed in advance. Contact us using the details above to request cancellation or raise a billing query.
